I guess Ford doesn't sell these revised tensioner kits any longer...
I can't find one on the "bay". Would anyone know where to purchase
one so I can fix my death rattle?

OK so after reading what comes in the kit, it looks like that won't solve my problem;
I took my Ranger in to a dealer back in '09 and they put in the kit, apparently.
Looks like I will need to replace some guides/tensioners.
