Looks like rear brakes locking up is a common problem but so far I haven't found any info on the fronts doing the same thing. My truck is a '93 standard cab, 2wd, 2.3L, and 5spd. When I first bought it I replaced the front rotors, pads, calipers, rubber hoses, master cylinder, and brake hardware. After that I noticed that the truck would have really touchy brakes when it is wet out...more so when it is cool too. On a cool foggy morning it just takes a light touch on the pedal to lock the front wheels up. It gets better as I drive it more but doesn't go away. I've always just been careful in those conditions but I'd like to fix it...now that I've ignored it for 3+ years!
Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
