I am having a really hard time chasing down the issue with my 1991 ranger manual 2.8. I change the battery after I bought it and the stereo, gauges, lights everything is going out when I use another accessory. Please help

If it's not broken Don't Fix It!
Sounds like a ground issue to me But not being that familiar with that year and motor I could be wrong. Be sure all your ground straps are good since a bad ground will cause really weird issues. Also double check the ground to any item you have installed to be sure you didn't accidentally hook to a wrong wire.

One of my older Jeeps had a bad ground and when I hit the break peddle all my dash lights would light up. Turned out the main ground from the motor to the firewall was disconnected.
