Hello!

I have to rebuild my engine, because the previously owners didn't changed the oil at the correct time, so, there was lot of grease at the upper part of the engine.

The lower engine part is ok, the crankshaft dind't lost lubrification, neither the conecting rods, but i have to change a good part of the engine, such as pistons (1mm over), conncting bearings, exaust valves, rocker arm, valve lifter, push rod, and timing chain kit.

To have a low cost, i will buy this parts at USA and bring it to Brazil, and the store I chose is the ROCKAUTO, just because it sent to Brazil and aparentely have a low cost.

Finally, my questions are, are the parts that I have chosen ok, I mean, are they reliable?
Is there another website that you guys indicate that have a good price? Can be a fisically shop too, at the region of Massachusetts, Leominster.

For general repair I use Rockauto to buy parts.

If I am doing a whole engine rebuild I usually buy the parts from NorthernAutoparts.com. They have whole engine kits for decent prices, but I don't know if they ship international.

Thank's man. I don't need a shop that ships international, my main problem is that I don't know which brands that are listed above, whose are reliable.

Enginetech for exemple, we don't have this at Brazil, so I don't know if I can use it without future problems.

About northern auto parts, I took a look at the engine kits, but there are some pieces that I don't need (cam for exemple), and are others that I need and they dont have, like 1mm pistons. So I think that they aren't a solution for my case.

P.S. Do you Know any flat piston that I can use at the 4.0l 95 Ranger? If I find any solution maybe I could change the stock one, so It would be better to use with Etanol (more tax of compression)

P.S. 2 Do you know a cam that fits at this engine, and have more torque and speed for daily use (Original fuel injection)? Is there a ready recipe for this engine?

Thanks again!
