They make 3.5 degree eccentrics aligment bushings
from NAPA the part numbers 264-1994, the UPC for them is
7 47730 56007 6, and here they cost 17.87 dollars a peice. on the box it will say 4wd 2 1/2, 2wd 3 1/2

now if your having a company order them from northstarmfg.com then the number to order will be 42-964, those are 12.51 a peice, plus shipping.!

and from National Tire and Battery the part number is 70527, not sure of the price for them from NTB

yes the ecentric/camber bushing will work for lowering a truck too.

instead of turing the bushing in towards the coil spring, you would turn them out towards the tire.

Are those type adjustable ones? If not could someone post some part numbers for the adjustable ones? And do the adjustable ones go up to 3.5*?

I bought a set of adjustable camber bushings that adjust from 0 to 4 degrees. If you plan on making changes to the front suspension in the future, they'll pay for themselves in front end alignments! The part # is on the NAPA site ( threw the package away). I lowered my Ranger 3" on the front and aligned it in 2 hours (including running a string parallel to the frame to adjust the toe-in). $73 for the bushings ($35 for a pair of non-adjustable). NAPA part # 2643950 Alignment Parts-Front

Hows the install for these? I was thinking about putting a metal washer made spacer under my coils, could I also install these and then just have a pro do the alignment?

If you've got enough brain to install em:icon_idea:---you got enough brain to do the alignment:icon_thumby:---NAPA for example provides a chart with the adjustable bushings so you can "dial in" the camber you need. With the non-adjustable bushings, you buy the degree bushings you need, remove old bushings, and install new bushings (but don't do it urself if you think you might end up up-side down!):icon_surprised:

I plan on lowering the front with coils. I'm kind of confused about part numbers and where to get everything. So the adjustable bushings that go to 4 degrees are $70?

jack up the front, take off your wheel

you use a pickle fork ( you can rent them at autozone for 10 bucks)

remove the jam nut

put it between the spindle i guess and the upper ball joint and you can pop the non adjustable out and then set the new one at N for neutral, being able to be turned either way. use a dead blow hammer if you have one

the brass part is the bushing

so basically the pinch bolt is the only thing holding the upper ball joint in place. loosen the pinch bolt and remove the upper ball joint. The bushing is then easily replaced? those forks wreck the ball joint boots! is there a way to hammer it down from the top or to use a puller of sorts?

I have a '02 Ranger Edge I lifted with 3" torsion bar keys. My alignment is out about 4 degrees. I've looked at every parts house in town and all of them say they don't carry anything to fix it. Anybody know what I need? If so where can I get it and a part number would be helpful. As far as what I can find. They don't have shims for an '02 and cam adjustment bearings are for older Rangers. So right now I have a lawn ornament. Please help.
