Would the grille insert on the left side, 3rd roll fit in my stock grille?

No. Your hood goes flat on the front, that year of pickup has a rise in the hood, and therefore, the grille is taller...

Look closely at the two grilles if you don't see what I mean.

the insert wont fit either.
