Yeah that's an infection, not a pimple. I have actually had about 2 or 3 of those before, about that size. It is kind of cool popping them, but they HURT like hell! They constantly ache and hurt really bad, and they hurt way worse when you try to pop them. I wouldn't want another.

One time I was popping one, and eventually the puss kind of stopped coming out. It looked like there was something blocking it, so I grabbed it and pulled it out. It was a long string of hard, gooey crap. After I removed that, I was able to continue squeezing more green shit!
