Or if you have the wiring they should just hook right up. Under your truck by the bumper there should be a plug going into a double socket and the unused socket i believe is for fog lights. as for the button to trn them on you need to find a ranger that did have them on it and take the radio bezel out and use the existing plug that is either connected to nothing but attached to the old bezel or just sitting in the empty space. and plug the harness into the fog light slot.

I'm not entirely sure thats correct but on mine thats how i did it.

No no... not in the fuse box in the hood. Although now that i think about it you will probably need a relay for the power distribution box as well.

If you go to your front tire on either side, look on the inside of the fender should be right inside the bumper up a little bit. I can get a picture later but heres approximately where it is at, there is one on both sides.

Here is what I got for my 99

OEM left and right foglight new - ebay
OEM foglight lower valance new - ebay (does not fit just right)
OEM foglight switch used - ebay
Wires from lights to plugs mounted to frame used - junkyard
2 relays (same part # as horn relay) new - Oreilly's
radio Bezel to accept OEM foglight switch used - junkyard

I actually bought a few bezels and went with the one that looked the best. I got one bezel and switch off eBay, the rest were from the junkyard.

The bezel I ended up using was actually from an Explorer. I had to swap over all the switches from my bezel, the 2WD/4Hi/4LO indicator (since the Explorer had a differnt 4wd system), and had to pull out the rear wiper switch (and paint it's indicator) and replace with the power socket. Only thing is that I ended up with a non functional rear defrost button.
