Does anyone have a 13-54 manual shifter that they will loan me to use as a template to make my own? I will pay $200 as a "hold fee" to ensure that I send it back to you!!

I appreciate the offer, but I’m not paying $160 for a shifter.

I’d pay $100 shipped though….

This might be the reason to finally learn fusion360... Hopefully I can get you some actual drawings. Then everyone on the forum can make their own.

That’s kinda what I’m wanting to do…

Make an arm that you can replace the one from a 13-50 shifter with…. Been looking, and it can be done…. Just need one to do it with.

Also been looking into making a conversion that uses parts from a mechanical 13-50 to convert an electric 13-54 to manual shift.

People want the 54 over the 50 in *most* cases, but don’t seem to want to help make it happen.
🤷🏼‍♂️

Man, all CAD programs are really clunky. I "know" a little bit of SOLIDWORKS and its just adding to the mess lol. This is good learning, though.

Here is one of like 10 parts in the shifter

Only need the arm that goes to the T-Case…. The rest you can get from the plentiful 13-50 shifter.

I think he is after the little stub lever on the t-case itself so a person can just use a "1350 shifter" which is more common than the 1354 lever set. I would assume the later 1350 shifter (right) not the earlier shorter one (left).

This is the stub off my C5 equipped 1350, the 1354 is similarish but has a couple bends in it.

I think it is going to be a treat to get the geometry just right, close isn't really good enough for these and the stupid shift gate/dogleg pattern on the Ford shifter is going to screw with the throw. I don't know how strong the detents are in a 1350/1354 tcase but after going to a straight pattern NP205... I don't miss the 1350 dogleg to get down into low a bit.

Correct….

Although, either of those 13-50 shifters will work when you replace the arm with the 13-54 one.
