Hey, I spend almost 2 minutes on google to find the manufacturer and model number so we can continue our antics... Show some respect. :D

And i spent zero time naming a random cb antenna that probably doesn't even exist in his country...or cbs for that matter... take that!

I mean seriously, how the eff do we know what type of radio or frequencies its for?

A couple of random guesses and I found a pic... that's how I found it.

But that doesn't mean that antenna actually works on his radio... he never said what it's for. Vhf, uhf, grms, cb, ham, frs... or unknown southeast asia systems?

That antenna costs 225 koala dollars (or whatever they call them in Australia). That's a bit pricey for an antenna that's just for show. It for 477mhz, not something can we use around here.

It’s going to be a radio antenna. That is fm from 98-108 MHz. The one I have now on the roof, gets tangled (with the lights) in heave bushes when I drive a little bit off roads. And some times the transmission isn’t the best but putting on an even bigger one on the roof is a bad idea. Well there are some sold on eBay as both antennas and flagpole but they look like something that maybe fits on the leading beach buggy on some tourist trips, and not a cool type of off-road antenna. Little bit funny because if you search for flagpole on cars, you always get one sold with the American flag on it....lol

Well as snoranger pointed out... that antenna you showed us is a uhf antenna in 477mhz so it wont work for your needs.... at all...

I have no idea what the radio is for (in north america fm in that range is for music/news stations.) So here, fm antennas just aren't very big because they dont need to be. They recieve only and the broadcast stations are the ones that need the masive power. Where you are I assume 98-107mhz is used for something different?

There's a ton of good radio experts here but unfortunately not many from your part of the word. Give us some specs and details on the radio and what its used for and we can probably help you find the appropriate antenna.

Okey thanks. I was thinking of making a small flag pole at the same time but now I know that plan is not good....
