Where’s the EGR valve and DPFE sensor on a Ford Ranger 2003, 3.0 L, 6 cylinder

I’ve been looking like crazy but I don’t see the egr valve or the DPFE sensor where most of the websites say they’re supposed to be. Is there any chance that this model (ford ranger 2003, 3.0L) don’t have it?

Not all model years have EGR. My '02 doesn't. I have Workshop manuals that covers 2000 to 2003. It shows Ranger:
Code:
MY ENG EGR
00 2.5 Yes
   3.0 Yes
   4.0 No
01 2.3 Yes
   2.5 Yes
   3.0 Yes
   4.0 Yes
02 2.3 Yes
   3.0 No
   4.0 Yes
03 2.3 Yes
   3.0 No
   4.0 No
@Angelanchor7 You and I are the lucky ones.

My credo
A properly suspensioned Ranger can be safely airborne for up to 4 seconds at a time! =:O
I would love to DELETE mine... probably have to re-program my ECU, and... what else? Where does the crankcase breather tube go when it's not "recirculating"??

It's not the crankcase breather tube. It's a metal pipe on the driver side exhaust that connects to the EGR valve. That metal pipe is called "EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube", part number 9D477. Google "ford vulcan egr delete", and you will find EGR delete kit for less than $50 (but not for Rangers), plus other online discussions, including this one for the older 2.9 engine.
