What's the transfer case hole pattern for '98 and later? 126" w/b 4x4.

I want to put a one-piece drive shaft in my '88 4x4, mt, super cab, 125" w/b. It looks like a shaft from a '98 and up will work, the length is right, I have a 8.8 diff with LARGE (4.25" diameter) pattern so, good. But I've searched for days and can't find any specs on the front yoke. My transfer case flange has the SMALL (3.5" diameter) pattern which I'm suspecting is too small, true? If so, what transfer case would have the LARGE pattern flange? I doubt I'll be able to buy just the flange for much less than the entire transfer case. I can't find any specs on the driveshaft, frustrating.

I got a steel one-piece shaft and it bolted right to my Explorer 8.8 and 1350 manual transfer case..
