What's the best/favorite/worst mod you have ever done

What's the best/favorite mod you have ever done to any car/truck.

Best-Mine is going to be the winch that I got for Xmas it has saved my butt a few time
Favorite- is the sub I love music and a sub is the only way to go
Worst- is the crack the frame

That's easy. Trashing the A4LD auto trans after it puked out twice, and installing an Mazda 5 speed. More reliable, more fun to drive, and no more engine overheating due to a screwed up trans.

While I didn't have trans issues with the old auto, putting in a M50D freaking rocks. On a smaller scale, I'd have to say putting LED's in my truck's tool box. I fabbed it up with a switch that cuts the lights on when you open the lid. Now I can see inside the box at night!

Best: Chevy 64" leaf swap

Worst: uhm. Not modifying my hitch for the body lift I guess. Guess it's not really the worst mod, since its not a mod. But I don't regret any of my mods.

Best mod was everything I did to the ranger. Cold air for the engine was for a 97 but it fits the 94 no issues but does sit on upper rad hose thus it has to be insulated at that point. Added power everything to the cab only the door locks are not hooked up. The dual visors from a explorer make it nice for keeping sun out of eyes. Running 15 inch tires and wheels also added to it. All that is left is to add the hard cover like I did to my F350.

For the big truck (F350), I got a short bed hard cover and cut it down to work with the cross bed truck box. Now have best of both, a box I can lock/get into and a cover for the rest of the bed. Both trucks have added on bed extenders and they make it real convenient for hauling the little stuff that always goes to the front of the bed!

Best : 33" tires (i dont know if thats a mod though)
Favorite : rollbar i chopped off a jeep cj. Rat rod spirit.
Worst : unbolting the muffler. I put it back on.

Best: 302 swap. It made a truck out of it
Favorite: 31 spline 8.8 with limited slip.
Worst: Bucket seats, not enough room in my std cab. The bench is going back in when I get a chance. Kinda sad, I love the console.

best: swapped an 88 cab onto a 96 frame with a 2.5l FI engine
worst: spent way too much money building a 2.0 (mostly head and cam work)

favourite: putting the 96 dash into the 88 cab...
