My credo
I poop in the furnace.
Park so that the rear wheel on the higher side is always in a pothole. Problem solved.

Get out the measuring tape and see if frame rails are same distance to the ground on each side and then if axle is same distance from frame on each side

In Rangers the lean is usually attributed to the battery, driver, and fuel tank all being on the same side. It wears the springs down faster.

driver's side: (the sagging one)
frame-ground, 21-3/8"
axle-frame, 7-7/16"

passenger side:
frame-ground, 22-1/4"
axle-frame, 7-15/16"

don't know what you can make of that. doesn't add up to much.

the picture was on flat ground and that looks like a few inches difference.

I think tomorrow I will measure the leaf springs to see if there is any difference in how much they are bowed.

Take a close look at the body to frame bushings. Also the spring eye bushings, both ends and top and bottom of the shackle.
