i have a 99 ranger t-bar setup 4x4 the tires are riding on the inside. the tire shop said its because of the 15x10 rims and the 32 11.5 tire but you said that i should have no problems. I'm going to take to a off road shop soon to see what they can do.

i see a lot of sas like dana 30 44 and 60s
i was thinking i can do a 30 leaf spring
i can do a lot of the work

my ? is what is the benefits of do a sas for a daily driver. i dive 25 mile one way to work and being a farmhand i need to be dependable
Or should a keep the factor t-bar setup if can not be fix

if it can be fixed i will keep factor with the sh!tty lockouts most likel. the 30 i know is not for lockout unless the 44 knuckle swap is done.

p.s. just going through my options :stirthepot::icon_confused::icon_confused:

I'd start by taking it to a different shop to get it aligned. I can't see any reason that they couldn't get it lined up correctly. It might need the eccentrics for the upper arm bolts, but they should be able to get it aligned.

Benefits to an SAS on a regular old, on-road driven DD, it will net you will spend less at the pump because your wallet will be a lot lighter. And because you will be walking a lot more since you can't afford gas.

If you are a farm-hand and using it for farm work, there may be some benefits from added strength in the front.

Future plans are 35" so I hope the 4x4 shop can get it right
