This is zip tied under the metal housing underneath the steering wheel and I have no clue what it is. Sorry for the crappy pictures. I looked up the ECU and this doesn't appear to be that but based on the wiring pinout it is some sort of control unit and it has a ford sticker on it.

Ahh, I wonder if one of the previous owners added it on a truck that didn't originally come with CC.
