Texas would never allow Canada to join USA; it would move Texas from 2nd largest to 5th - after Alaska, Quebec, Ontario & British Colombia, (with a little northern border adjustment we could put it behind Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and make it 8th) :thefinger:

You do know that Alaska Is part of the US right? And we know Alaska is alot bigger than Texas. but they dont play football so we don care LOL

Been too darn hot to touch the Ranger, but I did get a new set of running boards..just too hot to install them..
I hope its something local, but someone is stealing all the FORD badges off the Ranger grills. Out of the 5-8 guys I know with Rangers and the ones I see around here are all missing.

My credo
Lead follow or get out of my way
I've been wanting to cut the floor in the bronco II fuel pump access... but I've been cutting and patching other floors.

We've spent what seems to be days power washing and chipping away at the three layers of old paint. It finally got to a point we could paint it yesterday.

Just have to keep the end game in perspective... I'll have this Bronco II forever... This house needs some TLC so hopefully we can flip it in the spring. So the last few days I've power washer the entire house... painted all the shutters... and Gave the front porch a facelift. It's a constant to do list that seriously cuts into my truck time.

Still lots to do... but slow and steady wins the race.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

So, it’s looking like tomorrow I will be able to return to the Ranger project. Yesterday with some help (my buddy Paul helped load my F-150 and my friend Clayton helped unload), managed to get most of the garage that was left moved. Just have a few pieces and some clean up to do today and the garage will be moved. After the green Ranger is up again I can start working towards getting the garage built on my property. Well, I’m already working on getting the ball rolling in that direction but I need to get the Ranger done ASAP.

Finally got around to putting LED reverse bulbs in on the 2011. Hopefully, that will illuminate things better. If not, I'm planning on cutting a couple of holes in the rear bumper and installing some square, flush mount LED flood lights and fix the occasional rear visibility issue at night once and for all.

I put some LED light strips between the bumper and tailgate on my green Ranger. If/when I get to building some rear bumpers I’m going to put square LED lights into them. I want to wire it to an on/off/on toggle, one on setting will activate them with reverse and the other will be if I want it on for whatever I’m doing behind the truck in the dark.

i decided the mobil1 high mileage synthetic oil is the reason for the valve covers weeping on the ol ranger so for now, i am just going to live with it.

Incorporating a double throw switch might be a good idea for me as well.

Stuck at home with covid, 90* outside and I was shivering under a blanket yesterday so I did the right thing and ordered the rest of my A/C hoses for my truck.

Today I was feeling frisky so I pulled the compressor harness back out of my truck so I could delete the WOT relay nanny crap and gashed my finger open on a knife edge purposely molded into the back side of the power steering reservoir with no apparent purpose.

I had the "can't get warm" shivers the first time I got covid. Not fun at all. Almost went to the emergency room. Of course, at that time, we didn't know it was covid yet. I just thought it was a bad flu.

my wife had covid for 24 days. i think i had it right before her for a day or two but it just felt like a summer cold so i never went anywhere and it was before the vid was popular. she, on the other hand, had to get wo inhalers and a bunch of medicine and could barely move for 10 or so days and by the time the 24 days was up, she felt like she could walk and do stuff but definitely not strong enough to go back to work (she builds t55 turbine helicopter engines). she went back though and it took another two weeks or so but she finally got better.

i think i am going to swap back to the normal duty fan clutch on the ranger and than order the electric fan kit mentioned one here in a few places
