I removed the tight threads from a front pinion nut to make a test fit nut. FYI it's 7/8" x 20 tpi.
last week I did the rear nut.

The rear two screw holes on my cup holder were broken. Epoxied a piece of acrylic on to make a mew mounting point. Sits up off the floor pretty high tho. The front is a tad lower, but I think it Ford meant for the carpet to cover this gap.

Drove the 2011 in the parade yesterday. Much better than the Memorial Day parade. A township commissioner had to stop and BS with people WHILE driving in the parade. Made my clutch smoke since I was slipping it so much to keep the disabled from falling back in the trailer.
