Replaced the AC accumulator and some seals, refilled the system. It sure does blow cold air! I hope it holds the charge now.

Was beaten on it a lil more today I think the master cylinder broke.... the pedal fells weird. But started to relocate the battery in the bed box I put on and make a box for the cool air intake....

I’ve been using the Rangers to get hardware, primer, bed liner, and paint for the trailer build. Tongue box modifications and work on the front panel are in the works.

Drivers side shocks are now on the truck. WOW that is much easier than taking them off.

Only did one side - it was in the shade. 90 + here today. I'll either turn the truck around or wait till it's in the shade.

So I think im gonna cut the air inlet hole in the rad support out a lil larger then mount this box I made here to make it "sealed" from wheel spray and engine heat. Im a lil worried about it arching from the starter solenoid maybe I will coat the box with a rubber spray.

I ordered a new master cylinder and slave cylinder since one of them clearly broke... I am sick of cheaply made parts. I should have just converted this to cable clutch.

My winter rims cant have them if I want to run the center covers. Your lucky to not need to change rims.

I change rims on both. On the 2011, I got ones that are compatible with the center caps. The 2019, the lugs are exposed.

Is your rad and upper(?) rad hose stock? The angle of the picture makes it look like the alternator pulley will rub on the hose, and the hose is touching the case of the alternator.

Have now replaced all the shocks....on to the next job.

On a 94 I don't think the jobs ever end.......

Thats a foxbody hose and explorer alternator with a 4.0 ranger rad it doesn't touch the alternator or the pully but the rubber cover that is on the stud on the alternator does touch. No rubbing marks though.

My fancy home made air box, needs some more modification but it'll do...
