That would have made backing out of a parking spot just slightly challenging.

Got the driver's side airbag replaced under the Takata recall. The Ford dealer had said it could take 3 hours to do the work, but the tech got it done in 1 hour. Must have had plenty of practice.

Well, my heads for the green Ranger were returned unfinished. Tempted to throw them in the lawn tractor cart and take them down to my big torch set in the shed and see if maybe I can coax the two broken bolts and one broken spark plug out. It’s either that or I have to find a machine shop and a ride to said machine shop. The neighbor who was trying to help me out with them has bigger problems, his chebby truck blew up. He can’t find the problem (retired mechanic) and the mechanic he took it to is stumped too. I’m convinced the problem is related to the bow tie on the grill tho.

That’s why you have a copilot. Manual reverse. 😜
So the co-pilot gets out and pushes the truck backward? My answer to that would be "you push, I'll steer" as I sit there holding the brake pedal while you're trying to push the truck backwards.

The rear two screw holes on my cup holder were broken. Epoxied a piece of acrylic on to make a mew mounting point. Sits up off the floor pretty high tho. The front is a tad lower, but I think it Ford meant for the carpet to cover this gap.

My credo
Its probably better to be self deprecating than self defecating.
