No. There is only the original WDYDTYRT. Which I think disappeared at the same time Bird76Mojo came back... And right before Dirtman had to do something terrible...

Is it a conspiracy or did he save us all?

Either way.

This thread is like railroads and north Dakota. It does not exist.

That should be a trs bumper sticker.

Sounds like a couple of gifts... that just keep giving. To bad these things just won't fix themselves.

The good news... I ended up buying a 48" HiLift jack today. It could come in handy having it in the truck.

I told the wife I needed it to lift the sidewalk up to the front porch step.

The bad news... I'm gonna have to lift and repair the sidewalk.

Yesterday I gave it a good hand washing. Today we, the truck and I, did my favorite thing other than working on it... We went fishing. It hauled kid's/my poles and tackle like they weren't even there. For kicks while coming home over the mall road I gave it a hot supper, WOT, pulling the over a mile long hill climb to see if my skip has disappeared. I'm thinking the Accell coil is a bit to hot and at times causing the spark to jump to the wrong post under the cap, a theory since I still have the original coil to test with, and didn't have a single hiccup pulling the hill. Time will tell. The plan is when I do the valve cover gaskets if it surfaces again I'll swap back as a test. Social distancing has made an impact in my catching of the fish... Damn Connecticut people taking my favorite spot and not being able to get to the deep water because if it.

Under limit perch suck when the good spots are taken because of "Social Distancing". It also doesn't help a storm about completely took out the road this year so spots are harder to get to for the walking impaired. It's a cos way between two parts of hte lake so it happens but now it seems so much worse because of distance limitations.

On the way home my Beer fetcher convinced me...... Ok I convinced it to stop at my local IPA hot spot and grab a 6 pack but they must not be getting any of Flying Dog's beer anymore because there is not Raging Bitch in my fridge at the moment.

After getting home I re-torqued the rear wheels. Sadly kid is with her mother so she missed this step of mounting a set of rims since I finally drove it at least 20 miles after. Maybe Saturday I'll have her throw the torque wrench on them just to show her this needs to be done after installing aluminum rims.

Make her pull it off and reinstall. Way worth the time.

That said I don't think Zoie can pick up my spare.

My credo
Race it - Break it - Fix it - Repeat
Scored a set of Strange Engineering rear brakes from a Super/Gas(9.90) Mustang that got wrecked and parted out. Supposed to be less than 50 passes on them since new and the pads look great. Just what I need - something else to add to the "to do list" but since the racing season is on hold I'll probably have lots of time to install them.

Hmmm My wife just brought me home a 6 of the Truth. Flying Dog's imperial IPA. I do like the Raging Bitch too. I thought they were brewing as always. I only live about 8 miles from their brewery and tasting room. In fact I was at their tasting room the weekend before all this chaos hit...

Anyway, as for the Ranger. She fired right up today after sitting undisturbed for about 2 weeks. warmed it up to full operating temp and ran it through the gears a few times. No issues so taking it for a drive around the countryside tomorrow.

Typical UPS, when are used for my order they must do a late delivery to my home... 7:22pm. I was able to, with help from a friend, stretch the new tarp over the tonneau frame because the sun had gone down by then. $85 for a new tarp to the door vs. $300+ for a trifold cover. I'll deal with not opening it when it's cold out for the savings.

No more holes, cracking vinal or stitching coming out. Now to keep kid away from it when she has sharp objects.

They must learn some how and we were working on the truck at the time the accident happened. I had already put a small hole in it myself two years ago so the new tarp was a planned replacement. The lesson she learned was well worth it.

Started putting everything back together with this skyjacker 4inch lift. Didn’t smash my finger today, which was nice.
