You should check out these Achilles Desert Hawk X-MT. They're a Chinese tire, but they have a good tread pattern and really good reviews. https://simpletire.com/achilles-lt35-12.5r20-mao351220-tires Keep an eye on simpletire's website because their prices fluctuate frequently, and you could potentially pick them up for pretty cheap. I just picked up a set of 32's for $525 for the bronco.

Whoops, on further examination those are for a 20" rim. The biggest they make is a 33 for a 15" rim.

Jim, walmart.com has the 31x10.50's for 119 apiece. They have great reviews no matter where I look. As soon as my at's wear out I am buying a set.
33x12.50's are 156.80 each. If you buy from walmart.com and ship to your store they will mount for free and only charge for balance. Plus they will balance for the lifetime of the tires.

Edit... As a side note... I've never used Extreme Country Tires. However I have run the Fun Country... They worked really well off road but were the worst wobbly hard to balance tires I've ever owned.

I should've also said that the Fun County Tires I had were in the early to mid 80's... I put them on my 73 Bronco and I wheeled it pretty hard. Lots has changed these days and back then... most off road tires did the exact same thing. For the best current information one should probably look at more current reviews opposed to my nearly three decade old experience.

I do believe that both M/T and D/C tires are made by Cooper... here in the USA.

Edit Again... I did walk into 4WP store here in Illinois... Lots of cool stuff. I asked if the online deals would be honored in store. The manager said absolutely... and offered a better deal and offered to pay the sales tax too (this was pre Christmas). They want those parts running through their store opposed to online. So Jim... maybe an email or if you have a store near you... compose your list... sell your .com and ent and maybe you can get a screaming deal and a bright yellow sticker for your rig. That won't ever happen at Walmart.com.

My current off-road tires are 33" BFG KM2's. I have about 25K miles on them and have been very happy with them. They grip very well off-road and do OK on the road. They still have plenty of tread and I have experienced no drop off in traction yet. They are a bit noisy on the road but bearable. I have run 31" BFG AT tires since around 1979. So, you can tell I like BFG tires. I did run a set of 32" ProComp MT tires for a while and they had great traction off-road. After about 20K miles, they became difficult to balance and around 25K miles three of them became so out of round, balancing would not get rid of the vibration. So I ditched them and went back to BFG, but MT's this time.
My street tires are 31" Michelin LTX M/S. They do well on the street and have great wear life. The last set gave me almost 90K miles and still had enough tread to be safe but were not so good in the rain and scary in the snow. When they have good tread they are great in the rain and pretty good in snow. They require chains on ice. I know you asked about MT tires but I couldn't stop there.

absolutely in love with my falken wildpeak MT. Best one I've run yet.

The hankook MT I had before were great as well. not quite as good on standing up to the abuse as the falkens. but traction off road was comparable. not quite as good, but nothing really that would be the difference between stuck and not stuck.
