2.5L ('98-'01) What are bad ignition switch symptoms?

I am getting no power to PCM, to Inertia Switch, to Fuel Pump. Cranks but no start. Checked all relays and fuses and all seem good. Would ignition switch cause this issue?

How did you check the relays and fuses? Do you have a multi-meter?
