Pizza on the grill. Burnt the first one. Second is good. Premade pizza shell, Walmart squeeze bottle pizza sauce, cheddar, pepperoni, green pepper, fresh basil, mozzarella.

Edit: burnt the second one too 😫 I need to find my pizza stone...

I say turn heat down or raise the grill... then copy Eric's pizza dome. I think we might have burnt a couple over a campfire.

Koren BBQ Chicken wings tonight. The recipe is really in the sauce... and that I pre bake the marainaded wings at 300 for about 35 minutes before the grill. I have trouble not burning raw wings so I bake them first. Keep them moving and baste a couple times and they are the best I've ever made...

It's a cheapish table top propane bbq. It was on the lowest setting and there is no grill height adjustment. If I cant find my pizza stone I will put a couple layers of tinfoil under it next time.

That salad looks so tasty in that picture... had to run to the fridge and grab a snack because of it.

Craving something sweet....
Have some oatmeal chocolate chip muffin mix but dont know where the muffin tin is. So I made pancakes with it. One cup mix, one egg, and close to half cup water. Turned out good once I turned the heat down on the pan. There is a lot more sugar in the mix than is in pancake batter and the high heat usually used for pancakes was too much. Anyway, some pics;

I did some shrimp fettuccine alfredo with cheddar bay biscuits. I honestly feel as if I could explode...

Sour cherries picked and pitted, then stewed with brown sugar, orange jello crystal’s, cornstarch, and vanilla. Spooned into tart shells and cooked on the bbq for 35 minutes on low heat. Turned out awesome!
