My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
We agree Robert... I eat it everyday now.

We pretty much eat a tub of it everyday.
That's about the only way I like chick peas. But, fresh hummus, hot, fresh pita bread and some kalamata olives and I'm set.

We finished up the Greek salad... and carried over the Greek toppings to some Nan bread with a schmear of tzatziki.

So... dinner got pretty hectic. The star was some Korean BBQ chicken wings. We tore up a platter full but there were 4 left. I wrapped them up and the no meat eatin wife czar was finishing them off before bed. Mighta been the best chicken wings I've ever ate. Recipe if anyone is interested.

The wife came home today with chicken legs. Says... can you do the Korean thing to chicken legs too?

My 12 count bagel dog dinner turned out to be a 14 count bagel dog dinner! I should go buy a lottery ticket.

We were making an Indian curry and wanted chapatis to go with it. Rolled them out and heated up the skillet. When I put oil on the skillet, I was told they are to be cooked on a dry skillet. I replied "It's my chapati and I'll fry if I want to,"

The curry chicken and veggies were good with them.

Worked late in the garage, did pizza hut. Was actually really good, or I was really hungry. Im not usually a fan of chain pizza joints.

Grilled pork loin... fried baked potatoes and a garden salad with most of it coming out of my garden.

She is home... I went and got my mother a couple weeks ago... and she misses my cooking. She asked for my leftover hash a couple days ago too.
