Swapping my M5OD-R1 for an M5OD-R1HD
Write up in progress, and lots more pics to come.
And for the nay-sayers, this is a BOLT IN swap, other than the shifter that I had to cut and turn 90 degrees.
I used an R1 slave cylinder, not an R1HD, they have different hydraulic lines.
Bolt pattern fits perfectly.
Inputs are identical.
Tail housings are identical in bolt patterns, had no problem bolting up my BW1354 E.
Dimensions are all identical.
Shift stubs are not the same, HAVE to use the HD shift stub. Consequently the shifter is different, so use a newer shifter, or do like I did and cut, turn and weld it again.
Any questions feel free to ask, but like I said, Ill do a write up in a couple days.
