Nice... I had once pulled the roof off of a garage, probably 5' bigger on each side with my 2.3l 2wheel ranger. Cut all the nails and what not we could find, hooked it up with some rope to the ball on the *bumper*, revved it, and dumped the clutch. Took 2 tries and a bit of 1 wheel peel, but it went over like a lead zeppelin.

That was good.

I built an 8x12 shed and the HOA sent me a letter for "no permit" with a penalty and fee.

I sent them back a copy of the bylaws about "permanent structures", and photos of the shed in 3 different spots in my yard, taken from both streets (corner lot).

I had built it on a 4x4 frame, with beveled ends. I could (and did) skid that shed around the yard with my old 83 2.8 4wd idling in 4Lo.

Never heard another peep out of the HOA.
