Another update
My truck has ran perfectly on the non-ethanol gas! This has resolved my issue so far.

Carbs hate ethanol... Nothing new. There are ways to get it to work fine on ethanol though. Depends how cheap and easy non ethanol fuel is to get around you though. If it's easy to find and not expensive just keep running it!
