Adding a reservoir to help with cruise control, I need to know how the heck it is plumbed in.

I have a barb in the intake going to the CC servo now, do I just run a line from there to the reservoir and then to the servo? Is the check valve on the servo line correct or do I need to move it upstream from the reservoir? Or do I need one in both places?

Ever helpful EVTM says basically nothing:

And actual vacuum routing diagrams that I have found don't show anything with the speed control:

Reservoir is the stock coffee can looking thing on the PS fender:

My credo
built, not bought
I know on a S-blazer theres a “t” into the vacuum line, goes to a plastic ball-like thing thats a vac reservoir. dont recall but there might be a check valve too.

Why not just play around with the routing and check valve location and then go out and test it out?

That is plan B if no one else knows how to hook it up.

I.can snap a few photos of the working factory one on my 1988.

The only time I.had something similar happen, the vac switch behind the brake pedal needed to be adjusted. After that, all good.
