I plan on wrapping the headers to keep temps down.but if I can't figure out how to fix it, It won't matter.maybe I ll send you my headman header so u can work your magic on the passenger side like u did on yours.lol

It's odd you're having this much trouble. My Hedman shorties dropped in with very little work.

Though I may be doing my exhaust over again during my AFR head/wideband install. I'm thinking the header tubing size is going to be too small for the AFR 165 heads' exhaust port.

And I'm using v6 mounts and plates not the sn95/old style bronco mounts like u are.which I think yours should sit higher in the engine bay which would make yours more unusable then mine.wierd

That's why you didn't have much trouble because you redid the whole passenger side header.you probably would have to do same thing if you used same mount setup I did

That's not the header. It's the stainless exhaust pipe.

It looks like u cut the end off header and made your own to fit.so does your header point at firewall like mine does?

I didn't modify the headers. the headers have a "ball socket" that this part tightens down against.

My header didn't point at the firewall as bad as yours appear to. I believe my engine is lower.

Has Anyone had a recent experience with ordering torque monster headers. I was was under the impression that Bob (person who's contact info is on the website) made the headers him self but apparently that's not the deal? I placed an order on March 17. Just wondering what the most recent someone got headers from them and how long they had to wait.
