V8 302 swap info needed

I just got my "Universal Remote Filter Mount kit" part number 291 from Rockauto.com.

my only problem is that I don't know what oil filter to use on it.

can someone help me out here, I sent a message to the Rockauto people, but who knows if I get a answer from them.

p.s. I was going to use ARP head bolts, but when I ordered them from the Hatrod barn, they sent me a set for a later model 302, and I can't use them, my early model 302 is a sae threads, and the late model 302 is metric, the guy at Hotrod barn said to drill and re-tap my block, lol, I wasn't happy with that answer, so I sent them back, and got a set of grade 8 bolts to bolt my heads down with, I'm praying that works.

I'd sure be pissed/upset with Hatrod barn for sure. Not sure I'd even try using grade 8's for head bolts. What year did the original head bolts come out of? Up until Ford went to the Torque to Yield bolt, ususally safe to reuse them. All the 302's/5.0's came with sae bolts up til 2001, all interchange.

Most universal filter relocation mounts use fram ph8a or what ever cross matches that.

A quick Google search may help you find out too.

...and the PH16 if you have less room available. It's a shorter filter.
