upper control arms

anyone know where i can get AFTERMARKET upper control arms for an 03 ranger edge? seems like if you dont buy them in a complete kit you cant get em. I bought a kit with spindles shackles upper arms and shocks but the uppers got destroyed (long story) so i want another set to complete the lift kit

what kit did you have? i think fabtech will sell their upper arms by themselves

as long as it didn't came off ebay i dont see why you couldnt special order them from the company you bought the kit from

fab tech says they dont and never have made uppers for a 03 edge. the kit is fab tech but the uppers werent. im sure it was pieced together. even the a-holes on ebay that sell the kit with uppers cant help me find uppers. i'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and make some i guess

dixon bros makes a upper arms that mount up directly to the stock ranger ball joint, you can try them, might be a bit pricey

fabtech will sell them by themselves but its almost as much as buying the kit itself. i think it was something upwards of like $600 i want to say maybe closer to $700.

fabtech never made an upper control arm for an edge model ranger bud. I called them and asked. dixon bros said they'll sell a pair of uppers for 499. F-that. i'm just going to build/buy my own lt kit

499, yea its pricey... but in reality not bad for something that will prbably outlast every other suspension peice on that truck.

personally im getting my kit from HNM racing designs.

check their site out they got some sweet stuff.

YA THEY DO HAVE NICE STUFF. IF i END UP BUYING A KIT I'M GONNA GO WITH THE CAMBURG LT KIT. IF I'M GONNA DROP THAT KIND OF $ I'M GOING WITH QUALITY. NOT SAYING THAT HNM DOESNT HAVE QUALITY PARTS BUT CAMBURG DOES RACE WHAT THEY SELL.

Oh well, to each his own . Thats just the setup i prefer.

Thats how i've been designing all my stuff lately, look at a bunch of designs and incorperate a little bit of everything into what im working on at the time.

yea i agree, i just like that the hnm is all boxed and a boxed spindle. i dont like camburgs tubed arms.

but just preference i supposed.

camburg is race proven i do know that. so that is some points in my opinion
