Through my mechanic history I have accumulated a lot of odds and ends connectors and terminals but during my bronco build I have dwindled that supply down. I was in need of an assortment or good supply. Heard Deutsch lost the patent on the DT series connectors. So I started looking and ended up finding some on Amazon. Questioned what I would get but ordered anyway. They are stamped Deutsch USA. Here’s the link. Just sharing for others. https://www.amazon.com/MUYI-Connector-Waterproof-Continuous-DT04-2P/dp/B01G9XY1CE/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=1Q7F1RYOZQ1NT&keywords=deutsch+connector+2+pin&qid=1642037866&sprefix=deustch+,aps,126&sr=8-3

My credo
Lead follow or get out of my way
I use to have simple/cheap access to pretty much everything weather/metri-pac so it was a no brainer. I still have a few things in my box but very limited these days. Not sure which way I will go from here.

I got almost 60 connector sets and terminals as well as the crimper tool for $100... Only thing I noticed is the terminals are not true tubular crimp Deutsch style, they are Tyco/Weather Pack/Delphi style with an open flange and a set of roll style crimpers will work fine.

Just picked up a set of branded Deutsch DT connectors, tubular pins, and crimpers, shipped direct from china, they seem to be of good quality even if they are fake. I decided to go this route because most aftermarket lighting seems to be using these connectors and I dislike using pigtails on things unless absolutely necessary. I've also got a good selection of original Delphi weatherpacks, and a crimper also have a selection of Metripack 280 female terminals and seals to use with the weatherproof relays gm has used forever (I junkyard pick them, then re pin them) and the weatherproof Cooper Bussman fuse and relay panels. I've found the pin density of the Deutsch connectors is much higher than the weatherpack stuff is so I may start going in that direction in the future. They all have their place though.
