Undercarriage Rust Repair in New England

Hey all, I just bought my first Ranger. It's a 2000 XLT. It's got a replacement engine, new break lines, and a new muffler. Problem is the rust on the rest of the undercarriage. The frame needs work but is not in dire straits. I'm looking for someone in New England, preferably close to Boston, to take a look at it. Lots of things need replacing and other things need cleaning I just don't know what or how to go about it. Any help is very appreciated.

Pretty vague post. What are your plans with the truck? Just drive it? If it were me, I would just wash it the best I could, and coat the whole thing in fluid film to slow down the rust, and keep an eye out for a better truck along the way.
