I'm surprised nobody mentioned pressing CTRL and the + or - to change the zoom in.

I think the original issue was on the person's phone, if I remember correctly. As far as I know, that option doesn't exist for those.

You can zoom in on a phone. If the mobile website doesn't work the desktop version of the website can be toggled.
