Hey there. I wanted to replace all my bulbs with LEDs and ran into the issue where the brake/turn signals just stay on "full". I'm not sure which flasher relay I need to buy to get it to work correctly. Any help?

1988 Ford Ranger XLT, 2 door, standard cab, 2.9L.

On my 92 I had to buy electronic flashers. Just two pin electric flashers nothing special, buy 2 one for the turn signals and the other for the 4 way. This is what I bought for my 92. https://www.amazon.com/Electronic-Turn-Signal-Flasher-Relay/dp/B07GWL1YS3
If this doesn't solve your issue there are LED specific flashers one can purchase but they're sometimes hard to find. I added resistors to my front turn signal wiring to solve the no flashing issue, I did not have the issue until I swapped the dash indicators for the turn signals to LED, the 194 bulbs supplied enough resistance to operate a normal electronic flasher by themselves
