Too many parts are painted red too.
even the red is off... here is one from the Indiana State fare a few years ago. looks like a good restoration, but I tend to remember the red being a bit brighter

My credo
the grey-t escape
cant see in the picture, but earlier ones were a front distributor, late 8N’s also had a proofmeter on right side lower dash. All were 6V systems originally with a generator.

Now here's a Ford tractor... Ford 9000, obviously been resprayed and dumb block letters put on the side, but my brother got it stupid cheap at an auction so I towed it home... at like 12k pounds I knew it was back there but the ol F350 did fine, it was only like 35 miles...

Now this thing is owned by the owner of a local exhaust shop, it's too tall but it's sure pretty... not my favorite body style but that doesn't matter... This picture was from like 11 years ago at a car show but he still has it:

The one I took was at night with a cell phone flash, If that makes a difference,( :dntknw:). Almost Identical one across the country is pretty cool in my book.

Lighting and the type of light makes a big difference. I have a jacket that is brown in natural light but green in florescent light. The amount of natural, ambient light makes a big difference as well.

my 1988 ranger was a “crystal blue clear coat metallic “, and depending on lighting looked light or dark.

For the 2009 model year, the Honda Fit had a colour that was either pink, grey, or blue, depending on light.

My wife's new cactus gray Bronco can be gray, white, blue or green depending on lighting (or is it the drivers mood?)

The stories that truck could tell...

I've seen a few interesting Rangers while out and about... I'm just never quick enough with the camera.

I like the idea... I will try to be quicker and add to this thread.
i was poking through the old brochures one here and on the 1985? i think there is a pic of a factory one with a service box

My credo
We need to stop messing with the framework that the founding fathers created.
“Lifted. Comes with trailer.”
Apparently they use it for some sort of roll over simulation.
