We went out for our anniversary the other night and this beauty was across the street from the restaurant.

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
The only thing worse is those who do that and have rims that are too wide for the tires. I can't even figure out how the heck they seat the bead doing that.
One of the kids at work owns this....

I would have bought this at auction if I had been there 5 mins earlier goddamn 83 traffic. It supposedly sold for $1000 and was a Louisiana truck. Was pretty clean inside 5 speed manual dont know what engine though. Harrisburg Pa auto auction.

Yeah, Bronco II's are pretty easy to figure out engine size unless swapped, if '85 it's a 2.8L, otherwise it's gonna be a 2.9L...

I didn't take a picture but saw a custom truck yesterday, it was a 90's body style chevy truck on a Kodiak/Topkick chassis, crew cab extended cab (4 doors with extended cab), 8' dually bed, wide front end and still stock 2wd heavy duty front axle. Kinda neat, not done great since the bed was 1" higher than the body and was just done with what looked like a box of 12' channel iron or something... no rear bumper but tow hitch and a backup camera, had a canvas canopy/topper over the bed which is kinda silly, that thing wouldn't notice the extra 100lb of the real deal...

Is this a Ranger? This is new on Craigslist down here. I gave up on the duallys for Rick’s Ranger Rig and I’m too far along to change it now. But still tempting at $500 with a good engine to swap.

Not unless someone put 8-bolt wheels/spindles on it, along with the dual rear, and f-150 / 250 / 350 body panels, cab, bed, etc......

Maybe it has a 'mazda' emblem on it, somewhere......

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
That scream F350 crew cab to me.

Or, more likely, SCAM.

Duh, I should have spotted the wheels. You guys know all these trucks much better than I do. It did look funny to me, but it also looked kind of squared off like by 87.

You never get old enough to not look dumb in public on a regular basis…

And to be sure, you’re saying this dually rear end wont fit under my 97 extended cab? 🤔 😉

Depends how wide you make the fenders.

Not many crew cab b2000's were made. That would be a lot of truck for a 2L to push around.

Definitely something fishy about that ad. Ford Emblem on the grill, everything screams full size truck, and listed as a Mazda B2000. I’d pass.

So I emailed the guy. I figured it was a mistake, a great price/deal on either an F350 or an extended cab Mazda, or a scam. Turns out his brain is just going soft like mine, he posted the wrong picture:

I’m still tempted to drive up with Big Red and the tow bar....
