Truck shuts off

I have a 94 2.3 Ranger and on a cold start the truck shuts off and sometimes will have to be re-started 2-3 times before it will stay running. Also, if the truck is driven up to operating temperature and shut off it long cranks and idles up and down until you give it gas and run the RPM's up. I have replaced the TPS sensor, O2 sensor, spark plugs and wires, the fuel filter, the EGR controller, and EGR valve, air idler motor, and the coolant temp sensor and none of these have fixed the problem. Any ideas on what could cause this?

you should get a fuel pressure guage and check the pressure when you get these problems. might give you some insight on what's going on. you've replaced a bunch of parts allready, maybe taking it to a mechanic to diagnose the problem would have been cheaper. lol.

I forgot to mention that. I tested the pressure and it holds for a few hours, but I have never tested more than that, maybe I will try testing it over night? I actually did have it in the shop not too long ago and they said everything was fine so...I may try another shop if I cannot figure it out.

when you have a problem or when you get it running and it acts up, see what the pressure is doing.

im not sure if you did this part yuet, so excuse me if you did, but did you do the idle air control valve?and how about cleaning out the mass air flow sensor?
