TRS Event TRS 25th Anniversary Fall Adventure - Land Between The Lakes - September 5th – 8th, 2024

These are the universal standard in Centro - American countries .

When I live in Guatemala in 1976 I used to have to walk a mile or two to get a hot shower the unit was grounded to the water pipe and also had exposed wires I made sure to never touch .

It made scary buzzing and crackling noises as it produced hot water .

Well I finally registered for me and Zane. Was waiting to see if the father in law was gonna come. If he does he will just have to register himself haha. Now to book a camp site.

In the past, there has been a general plan, but nothing set in stone.

There was an off road adventure one day, I think it was Thursday while I was still driving in.

Some did the scavenger hunt over Thursday and Friday, or was it Friday and Saturday?

85 and the family did some site seeing for/with the boy.

There was some site seeing as a group.

And Jim and TN did and adhoc trail ride that looked like it would be too much at too late in the day for me and 97 to participate in. We might have struggled through, with some help (based on video and pictures) but, like I said, it was fairly late in the day and it ended up being a long run without us holding them up. 97 and I decided to check out the buffalo and elk park instead before returning to camp.

There was breakfast, courtesy of 85 and the Mrs on Saturday and pizza provided by Uncle Gump and crew that night.

I expect it will be pretty much the same this year. A little something for everyone.

I'll have the 2019 this year (rear locker and mud tires). So, if Jim and TN want to try that trail again, I'll be ready.

Oh I wanna hit some of the 300 roads while I'm there. I've been given some maps of some fun roads to check out from my Alpha Whiskey group. Hoping to pick Zane up Thursday on the way so I don't have to miss any time there this year. Oh and I'm gonna inspect all my brake lines before I head out haha

Jessica and I will be heading there on Thursday. I'm hoping to leave early enough that we get there around 5 so we can setup, do introductions, and see how the Vagabonds fared during their part of the meet. Maybe even get a short trip done somewhere. We'll be bringing the 2019 and it has mud tires.

Jessica and I will be heading there on Thursday. I'm hoping to leave early enough that we get there around 5 so we can setup, do introductions, and see how the Vagabonds fared during their part of the meet. Maybe even get a short trip done somewhere. We'll be bringing the 2019 and it has mud tires.

I was hoping to swap out to some MTs before the trip. Corey being out of work for 8 weeks put a dampner on that plan. I will make it on the ATs though. Hasn't slowed me down much yet. I have had to winch twice since I put them on. Once MTs would have done the trick. But the other I had sit the truck on its frame with no tires touching. Straddles a deep rut and slide in. Mys might have kept me out but some of the others slid in on them but 37s didn't mind as much haha.

Thanks it is much appreciated. My Dad is going into a nursing home and we have no idea how much longer he will be around. He lives about 8 hours from me, he is in SC and I live in middle Tennessee about an hour west of Nashville.

Well my Dad went to the nursing home earlier today and lasted about 2 hours then passed away. He made his arrangements already and is being cremated. No service, obituary or anything like that
