So I just got done changing my reservation from a deluxe tent site to a treehouse. Should be much easier on my company.
Tree house? I don't remember seeing those last year.

It's the cheapest cabin. Looks like they only have 2. Some distance from the group. But the upgrade only cost me $110. IF, everybody that says they would came I'd need a large enough tent to cover that. This way I don't need as much ice either.

That is not what I was expecting.

we will be neighbors lol I got the cabin, the difference in your tree house and mine is I have a bathroom and a sink :) it wasn't all that bad pricewise, and my son who has sensory issues will have a fairly nice and air conditioned/ heated retreat with wifi...

I paid and registered for at least me. I don't think I'll be able to make it for the whole weekend. I'm going to at least try and make it for some of it. What day or evening are the pizzas being made?

Pizza is usually Saturday night. But I'm not in charge of scheduling.

We typically did pizzas on Saturday night.

Last year I did it on Friday. Mainly because I went down Wednesday morning and didn't want to keep everything cold another day.

This year is a logistical mess for pizza supplies. I'm leaving the Sunday before LBL weekend for a trip with the Vagabond crew. My current plan is to detour on my way to LBL Thursday (about 3 1/2 hours) to pick up the supplies. I think I said earlier in this thread... Friday would be pizza night. But if it makes better sense on Saturday... I'm good with that.

I'm about 2 hours away from the campground at my house, I'll have to check my schedule and my families. I'm fine with majority. If I get pizza I do if I don't no big deal.

I’m still kind of the newbie, but my feeling is if you’re doing work, you get to call the schedule. I think most folks just want to know a little in advance so they can plan, especially the campers.

For me, I’ve been drooling at the mouth for a pizza for about three years. I’m not supposed to eat them. If I’m there, and I have some, hopefully it will put off that desire for a while. And if I miss it, I’ll tell my doctor “they had pizza, but I didn’t eat any!”

I just reserved a hotel about 20 minutes away for Friday night and Saturday night. I’ll probably arrive at the event mid afternoon Friday, be with you guys through Saturday night for sure, and maybe Sunday morning. head out on Sunday.

Is there a schedule of events? I’m not trying to create more work, just trying to plan. No biggie if there’s nothing you can send.

I’m looking forward to it!

My dad is planning to head down with Justin and stay over in Stanton for a day or 2 before heading over to LBL. Want to see if he can house some of the cold food?
