Tranny/clutch problems

my 03 2.3l is haveing some clutch problems. after the same day as letting buckys change my oil my clutch started to grind the gears on the stick whenever i pushed the clutch in halfway or more. it does this even when in netueral. When i lift up on the clutch while in gear it makes a weird squeeky hinge like noise. im thinking clutch plate what says you? i just recently had the whole clutch replaced a few months or so back. Also i wont lie i treat that truck like its a little rice burner and stress every gear to damn near the limiter. but i did that before i had the clutch replaced and it never gave me any problems like that.

update: i jacked my truck up to bleed the hydrauilic system and i noticed 3 of the 6 bolts are broken in half inside the thread of the tranny and its missing a black rubber seal. that means that the people who did my clutch didnt aline the tranny case correctly?
