The low in the backyard this morning was 26° with frozen fog. The high was 48°. The temperature has been going between 33° to 36° for the last several hours and I think this is as cold as it will get tonight because then next front is going to bring in slightly warmer air over the next several days.

So, it's cloudy and gray. 30% chance of rain before 2:00pm. I have friends hosting
Parties, one an hour and a half away and the other about two and a half hours away, where there is a 70% chance of rain after 3:00. The logical thing to do? Ride a motorcycle to both events. What could go wrong?

I miss this truck. She'd do one gnarly burnout.

Is your truck happy to see you, or is that just a wiper sticking up?
That got posted in the complete wrong thread somehow 🤔 lol. Bill and 1990rangerSK were talking about scraping windows in whatever thread it was..

Weather is crap here today though 😒 40s and rain. Better than snow! Especially considering today WAS the day I wanted to be outside doing a super exciting snowblower motor swap.

Just the right size to touch the ground.
I know all about wet and cold. Just look at this craziness. 84% humidity is almost unbearable:cool:

It actually went well. Light rain on and off for the first 1.5 hr leg of the trip. Didn't really even get wet. Everything else was just nice mountain riding on wet roads. Got kinda squirrely on a 2 mile stretch of muddy dirt road. Then, the last hour or so after the sun went down it began to get chilly. I had to stop and put another Long sleeved shirt on.

It was a great day.

The low was 43° shortly after midnight. Since then, the warm sector of the next front advected warmer air from the southwest. It's 54° at 10:00 AM and forecast to peak in the upper 50s this afternoon. Temperatures should be 45-55° until the front moves south on Tuesday. Then foggy and frosty nights until the end of the week.
