If your not gonna fix it 100%, Pull it with some kinda suction puller the best you can and leave it. Dont hammer and dolly it with a block of wood and a rubber hammer. Itll be wavey as shit unless you skim coat it with bondo and repaint. Working that top body line back into place will be the worst part without a stud welder and slide hammer.

If it's not broken Don't Fix It!
start with a suction cup then move on to the under side and press it out that way. you have a good crease in the top and bottom that looks like the metal stretched a bit
