So my T5Z has been falling out of gear when its cold in the first few miles when its cold out and not up temp yet when going in to work or when leavening. Is that normal for a T5? Or do you guys think I should adjust my clutch?

Any gear or just one? What type of oil do you have in it?

If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
T5's work best with Mercon, synthetic fluid can cause problems because it's so slippery. Blocker rings need friction in order to work.

🤷‍♂️ everyone raves about syncromesh in a T5. It only does it when cold. Not that big of a deal just falls into neutral while cruising when cold. Was racing light to light yesterday after work with a coworkers camaro didn't bang or fall out once.

If it pops out went you decelerate, that sounds like wear in the trans. Like a worn thrust bearing.

We apparently don't know the same "everyone". If it pops out of gear when the load comes off there's likely too much end play, time to take it apart.
