This post, however, is in an archive section that is normally reserved for fixes posted by members in step by step instructions...
There are forums that you can post problems and get answers more readily...like the engine forums for your 4.0 or the Need Urgent Help forum...
Anyway, the mods will probably move it out of this section into an appropriate forum...
