I forgot about the time. Did they tell you a time? IT guys usually schedule stuff like that for times of low traffic. When I worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield, we always scheduled major data center work to occur on Sunday nights between certain hours.

If we're going to report what we did while the sight was down, we need to know when.

Our ISP at work would say something like “expect it to go down for half an hour between 1 and 5...”
