I don't count birthday's anymore...just happy to be looking down at the ground instead of looking up
I think the hubcaps match the style your trying to achieve. Accents the paint job.
Reminds me of the optional hubcaps that were an option on the Ford pickups of the 70's. Lot better looking then the old "dog dish" style that were standard.
Everyone goes to aftremarket wheels. I'm old school, steel wheels, baby moons and chrome trim rings forever!!!

Where did you get the hood emblem? It seems to be very familiar....

thinking of adding this , right above the "R-140", where the "ranger xlt" emblem used to be. ive found a few places online for this, the originals are quite expensive. would be a neat touch though.

I like the classic touches you have done to your truck.

I finnally did the hood, only bad thing is the dark blue i was using from rustoluem has been discontinued. i do like this metallic cobalt blue better but dont really want to repaint the rest of the truck. painted the grille silver too. also on the hood i used the lighter "ford blue" as accents in the factory indentations on either side. (theres a word for those but i cant recall it) thats the same lighter blue as the tailgate letters. the darker blue along side the silver and lighter blue is the factory color, almost looks black instead of dark blue. i thought about doing a design like the explorer package stripes, but theres so many variations so i just did what i thought would look good. sure is a improement at least from how it was.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Awesome hood.

I always wanted to try “the look”. and real steel bars are 400+. This set me back $30 total-and is a good pattern if nothing else. the front hoop is indeed mounted to the frame (bed bolts)
