But to this topic, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has finally resigned.

I'm not a fan of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, but even she asked Cheatle what the range of an AR-15 was (which Cortez knew) and asked why the security perimeter wasn't at least that far. Cheatle wouldn't answer some questions and was evasive in her answers to law makers. Members of the committee said that she answered more questions for the media than she did for them, and that they could get more information from YouTube than they were getting from her. Another committee member asked Cheatle how tall Trump is and if the Secret Service assigns agents to someone to match their body size (height) to ensure they can properly cover and protect them if necessary. Instead of answering the question, Cheatle just gave a blanket response about how all agents are well trained. Her evasiveness is what helps fuel conspiracy theories and she should have been more open.
