Gotta love neighbors! Years ago I bought a wrecked 87 mustang. It drove but was pretty beat. I drove it home the night I bought it, parked it behind my house and the next morning at 5am my neighbor called my parents telling them I got in a really bad accident. They showed up at my place 20 minutes later worried about me. After explaining the deal, she called the police to report I was in possession of a stolen vehicle because she didn’t wanna see the eyesore. I will never understand people...I kept a clean mowed yard, had a nice house, kept the car covered so it couldn’t be seen (after the first night) and it was never good enough.

I’m out here pulling weeds out of the cracks in the curb, planting a flower garden.

I had a neighbor that would call the hoa if I didn’t put the lawnmower back in the shed right away.

Yet the other neighbors didn’t even cut the grass and had piles of trash in the yard. No problems.

I bought the house when I was 19 or 20, and I think she just hated me because I was so young.

Bet your ass I am! I have 7 days. And I’m making as much noise as possible.

Also, I parked my truck at the top of the yard, and am piling all the scrap into it.

I have 7 days to mess with Karen. I’m enjoying every single one of them!!!

You have one wrecked truck on your own property that you're in the process of dismantling and your neighbor or city/town gets to tell you to get rid of it?? Isn't Alabama still in the USA? I had a wrecked Escort sitting beside my driveway for at least 3 years and continually robbed parts off it to repair the Escort my kids drove, it saved me a ton of money. One neighbor has had a white Hyundai settling into his front lawn for years and parked his dead Jeep beside it summer before last, he seems to be using them for sheds because they're full of stuff. My neighbors don't complain(to me at least) about my air chisel, grinders, or occasional open exhaust, I don't complain when they sight in their rifles on Sunday morning.

I’m an easy going guy. I keep to myself and stay in my lane.... and if they don’t, I’ll make sure they realize the asshole they will make me become.

Seems a Karen and her “man of the month” need to cut some grass and clean up a backyard.....

It’s a “nuisance” according to what I’ve read.

Nah. I loaded the carcass into a trailer tonight. Gonna scrap in the morning.

It’s no big deal. I’ve cooled down. But the tall grass attracts snakes, and I have kids, and I cant have that.

Did you record some of the racket so you can play it back at random times?

recordings rarely capture everything. Record a 2 cyl john deere running then play it back, it just doesnt sound the same. cant explain why.

Welp, she’s gone, I paid 200 at the auction, and it brought $270.70. But don’t forget, I had already remove the motor transmission and various other parts.
